Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 19 April 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of HydraCore. It applies to you, to the end-customers of products you build on HydraCore, and to anyone interacting with agents, chat widgets, or other services hosted by the platform. By using HydraCore you agree to comply with, and to make your downstream customers comply with, this policy.
Prohibited content
Do not use HydraCore to build, host, train, or distribute any agent, workflow, website, or chat experience that:
- Generates or solicits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexually exploits minors in any form.
- Incites, glorifies, or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the physical harm of people or animals.
- Creates or amplifies content designed to harass, threaten, dox, defame, or bully a specific person or group.
- Promotes unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Facilitates fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial scams, or impersonation of real people or organisations without clear authorisation.
- Infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights you do not hold.
Prohibited behaviour
Do not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass the tenant isolation, rate limits, or safety systems of HydraCore without written authorisation.
- Use HydraCore to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) over any channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, or chat.
- Operate automated systems (crawlers, scrapers, bots) against HydraCore infrastructure beyond what a normal tenant workload would generate.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, cryptomining code, or content that deliberately damages others' systems or data.
- Impersonate HydraCore, another HydraCore tenant, or any third party in a way that misleads end-customers.
- Use HydraCore to stockpile or resell credentials, API keys, or access tokens obtained from third-party providers.
Regulated industries
HydraCore can be used in regulated sectors (healthcare, legal, financial services, property), but it is your responsibility to ensure the agent, the data you feed it, and the way your end-customers interact with it comply with the laws that apply in your jurisdiction. HydraCore does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and agents you build must not hold themselves out as doing so unless properly supervised by a qualified human.
Your end-customers
If you deploy products that your own customers use, you are responsible for surfacing the rules in this AUP to them, for moderating content they submit, and for disabling accounts that breach it. HydraCore will cooperate with lawful requests and may suspend your account or an individual product if we reasonably believe it is being used in ways this AUP forbids.
Reporting
To report abuse or a suspected violation of this policy, email abuse@hydracore.io with as much detail as you can share. For urgent safety issues (child safety, imminent harm), flag the report as urgent in the subject line so we can triage it quickly.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate any product, account, or tenant that breaches this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity. Serious violations will also be reported to the relevant authorities. We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version always lives at this URL.
